In the afternoon of May 16, 2019, Zhuang Yongbing, a researcher of the Institute of process engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave a keynote speech on “high temperature resistant proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology and application” at the 4th China International Forum on hydrogen energy and fuel cell and hydrogenation station equipment industry development in 2019, and made phased progress on the “high temperature proton exchange membrane” project jointly developed by ice city hydrogen energy and the Chinese Academy of Sciences The advantages, problems and Strategies of developing high temperature proton exchange membrane are introduced in detail.
“High temperature proton exchange membrane project” is a cooperative development project launched by ice city hydrogen energy and Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. It is a “neck stuck” project with independent intellectual property rights and in line with national industrial policies. At that time, it will break the monopoly of foreign countries on the core materials of fuel cells and have far-reaching strategic significance for the sustainable development of domestic fuel cell industry.
